Infranexia is working toward more than 100 strategic KPIs this year. At that scale, manual reporting cycles cannot keep pace, making AI-powered KPI Analytics & Automation a critical capability for performance monitoring, operational execution, and executive decision-making.
The first phase focuses on consolidating performance data, automating KPI tracking and exception detection, and giving leadership a single, always-current view of enterprise performance.
